The salary is dependant on experience, pro rata between £25,000 - £30,000 pa.For the last 15 years, I’ve worked side by side with Andria, my studio manager. The photographer travels often, so candidates must demonstrate their ability to work without direct supervision. Some additional days may be needed during busy periods, which will be suitably compensated. The average working schedule is 3-4 days per week. This will be as an assistant, not the main person responsible for printing the photographer’s work. The studio manager will also carry out darkroom printing in the photographer’s private darkroom.
